Expecting? Know someone who is?
Getting vaccinated against COVID-19 is super important if you are pregnant or are planning to be. Pregnant people are at greater risk of severe COVID-19 and associated pregnancy complications. And yet, vaccination rates in pregnant individuals are lower than other higher-risk populations.
There might be hesitancy because pregnant folk weren’t included in the initial clinical trials. But there is now A LOT of data! COVID-19 vaccination before, during, and after pregnancy is safe and effective.
