Be ready, get vaccinated!
Time flies, especially as we are approaching the holidays.
Soon (if not already!) it will be your partner’s holiday office dinner, then yours. Then it’s game night with your friends. Probably a day or two of shopping, cooking and baking. Don’t forget you are going to a cottage next weekend too. Oh and you also need to put up your decorations!
During the holidays time is often escaping us. It takes time for the vaccine to fully prep your immune system. So, make sure that you plan in advance your COVID-19 and flu shots*.
If you haven’t already, make your appointment this week so you are fully protected for the big day!
*COVID-19 vaccine can safely be administered concurrently with any other vaccine, including the influenza vaccine, in individuals 6 months and older. Read our latest post on the recommendations of the National Advisory Committee on Immunization (NACI) here.
