The National Advisory Committee on Immunization (NACI) has new recommendations on mixed vaccine schedules:

If you received a 1st dose of AstraZeneca you may receive a 2nd dose of AstraZeneca OR an mRNA vaccine (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna).
If you received a 1st dose of an mRNA vaccine (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna) you should receive the same mRNA vaccine for your 2nd dose. But if not readily available you should receive the other mRNA vaccine (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna) to complete the series.
