







You’re browsing social media and you’ve been feeling more stressed and moody lately. Your energy levels have been all over the place and so has your sleep.
You see multiple influencers who claim that all these symptoms are due to “hormonal imbalance” and that if you buy this supplement or go on this specific diet it will “balance things out” and your symptoms will disappear.
While you should definitely look into what might be causing your symptoms with your healthcare professional, especially if they are persistent, “hormone fixes and cleanses” promoted online are often a way to sell an unproven treatment.
Take your time and pause before buying some product or believing what you read!
