Indigenous peoples

Hope for Wellness Helpline – Hope for Wellness Helpline is available 24/7 to all Indigenous people across Canada. Services are also available upon request in Cree, Ojibway, and Inuktitut. Phone: 1-855-242-3310; Online chat is also available.

The National Indian Residential Schools Crisis Line – provides 24-hour crisis support to former Indian Residential School students and their families toll-free. Phone: 1-866-925-4419

Indian Residential School Survivors Society Crisis Line – a provincial organization that provides essential services to residential school survivors and families experiencing intergenerational trauma. Phone (24/7): 1-800-721-0066

Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls Crisis Line – An independent, national, toll-free support call line is available to provide support for anyone who requires assistance. This line is available free of charge 24/7Phone: 1-844-413-6649
