What if your actions could help your mental health, but also the planet? Win-win, right?!

- Shutting down your phone or computer at night – Enables you to reduce the stress from your day at work and to be fully present in the moment (11).
- Buying less – Making good consumer decisions (e.g. avoiding buying devices just because they’re on sale) and saving to buy a more efficient device can still give you the dopamine boost you’re looking for while limiting financial stress (12).
- Pausing streaming – Doing anything too often or for too long (including screen time) can burn you out (13).
