You may have noticed an increase in diet content recently. It’s a complicated topic, but we feel it’s important to highlight some key things you can look for when thinking about your body and your relationship with food.
Some big red flags include being told to only eat one thing or not eat altogether. If something sounds odd about a diet plan ask yourself why that is.
There is a lot of misinformation surrounding topics to do with our bodies, it can be overwhelming trying to figure out the best ways to stay healthy. We should remember to try to be kind to ourselves and look at claims with a critical eye.
