Oublie la détox des réseaux sociaux

Tu as peut-être vu des affirmations percutantes sur les bienfaits d’une « détox des réseaux sociaux ». Mais les résultats scientifiques sont mitigés. Certaines études montrent de légères améliorations des symptômes de dépression et d’anxiété, du bien-être et de la qualité du sommeil pendant la détox (2,7,20-23).

D’autres observent une baisse du bien-être et de la satisfaction de vie, une augmentation de l’ennui et du sentiment de solitude, ou encore aucun changement (2,19,20,24,25). Les données suggèrent aussi que les effets positifs dépassent rarement la durée de la détox elle-même (2,23,26).

Comme la plupart des habitudes saines, transformer ta relation avec ton téléphone demande du temps et des efforts.
