Les faits concernant le vapotage sont parfois très vaporeux

Partagez:

E-cigarettes, or as some people call them “vapes”, are perceived as being safer and less harmful than traditional cigarettes, especially by teenagers and young adults. They are also used by many as a tool to quit smoking.

So, are vapes safer than traditional cigarettes and can they help you quit smoking? Yes, but it does not make them safe.

Some chemicals contained in vape products can cause some serious health issues and we still don’t fully know the long-term effect they could have on the body. They can help people quit smoking as they are an effective way of delivering nicotine to the body, but they can also promote smoking habits, especially in younger individuals.

As with everything, e-cigarettes are neither black or white. Your healthiest option remains avoiding starting to smoke whether it is with traditional cigarettes or e-cigarettes.
