Are microplastics a problem for our health?

Share:

You’ve probably heard that microplastics are showing up everywhere, in the air we breathe, the water we drink, even in our blood. But what does that really mean for our health?

Are they harmful? Harmless? The truth is… we don’t fully know yet. Let’s break it down. What microplastics are, how they get into our bodies, what the science says, and what you can do (without panicking).
