Greetings, and thank you for your interest in the muscles. There are a few other things I wanted to mention, but there wasn’t time in the video.

It is common for people to fear weight lifting because of possible injury it could inflict. Actually, when done properly it reduces your chances of hurting yourself or falling (9).

Some people with smaller frames may be afraid to lift weights for fear of looking “too bulky”. This would take years of constant effort to achieve, it doesn’t just occur overnight (5,11,12).

Last one, some people believe that you have to eat protein within the first hour after training for your muscles, but the window is actually larger than you might think. You can still reap the benefits of protein intake for muscle repair up to a day after your workout (13).
