Is it safe to exercise while pregnant?
If you guessed true, you are right!
Not only is it safe, it is encouraged that you do at least 150 min of moderate physical activity per week while pregnant. Start slow, but try to be active at least 3 times a week (10).
Being active during your pregnancy will help you sleep better, increase your energy, help with constipation and bloating and help build your strength for labor (10).
However, in some cases, exercise might not be recommended. Always follow your healthcare provider’s advice.
