Les “seed oils” sont sécuritaires, nutritives et souvent plus abordables que d’autres huiles. Elles fournissent des oméga-6 essentiels, parfois même des oméga-3, et soutiennent la santé du cœur. Malgré les inquiétudes autour de l’hexane ou de la transformation, la science est claire : elles restent un choix sain. 💚
