No amount of alcohol is good for your health

Share:

For years, many of us heard that “a glass of wine a day” was good for your health. We now know that isn’t true.

For many people, alcohol is also tied to celebrations, socializing, and sometimes coping with stress, which can make change even harder.

If you drink, cutting back per occasion or per week, can lower your risk, even if you do it gradually. Even small changes (like one or two fewer drinks) can make a meaningful difference. Every drink counts, and any reduction has benefits.
